Benefits of Seeds

Mixed seeds, chia, flax and hemp, contain fiber, calcium, healthy fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals. They make for a simple way to add extra nutrients to your diet, and can easily be added to a variety of different meal types. Try mixing them in with oatmeal in the mornings or pasta sauce for dinner, sprinkling them on top of your salads, or even baking them into a dessert! The best part is that you'll never taste the difference, but they might add a satisfying crunch.
